Booking a Class

  • Class Schedule can be viewed by Class Type or by Upcoming Week.

  • Classes can be booked online and in-person up to 60 days in advance until 2 hours prior class start time.

  • Classes booked within 2 hours of start time must be notified by email or phone to confirm availability.

Paying for Classes/Packages

  • Classes/Packages can be purchased via the www.VitalTidesYoga.com website.

  • Classes/Packages purchased in the studio can be paid by cash, e-transfer or credit card.

  • Receipts can be provided upon request.

Parking

  • Free parking is available in the back of the building, or across the street at Gym de L’Ile..

Class Policy

  1. Arrive 5 - 10 minutes before class start time. Studio doors are locked during class time;

  2. Make sure to check in at reception upon your arrival;

  3. No outdoor shoes are permitted in the practise space;

  4. Bring any required equipment: mat, props, towel, and a water bottle (some can be provided);

  5. Inform your teacher of any injury or medical condition.

Course Packages

  • Packages reduce the cost per class.

  • Packages do not expire and can be shared.

  • Packages are non-refundable. However, transfers to another person is accepted; the name of the person being transferred to must be provided to Vital Tides by initial buyer.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are made through initial booking confirmation email.

  • Any class cancelled outside 24h will be 100% refunded or re added to a Package.

  • Individually purchased classes that are cancelled within 24 hours of class start time will be 50% refunded.

  • Classes booked through a Package that are cancelled within 24 hours of class start time will be re added.

  • Any class cancelled by the Studio will be 100% refunded or re added to a Package and notified by email.

Waitlist

  • If you are on a waitlist, you will receive an email or text notifying you when you are added to the class.

  2. No hate speech or bullying of any kind will be tolerated, including but not limited to: degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

When confirming registration for a class, you are also confirming that you have read and accepted the Vital Tides terms and conditions.

All Data requested by this website is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this website to provide its services. In cases where this website specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without any consequences on the availability or the functioning of the service. Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are welcome to contact the Owner.

We collect some Personal Data from Users in order to provide the best user experience. We do not store customer credit card details and we do not share customer details with any 3rd parties unless required by law. Vital Tides will never sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organization.

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
